Abilities:
Hoo boy.
So, Flandre's a vampire, and a real doozy of one. She can fly (she doesn't use her uselessly-shaped wings for it), and is incredibly physically strong, fast, and durable. Beyond that, she can manifest magical energy in a wide variety of shapes and colors to fight in big, complicated patterns of magical lasers. She has a stock of attacks she uses, including:
Taboo "Lävatein", summoning a giant flaming sword that leaves fire bullets in its wake. She does not know how to actually swordfight.
Taboo "Four of a Kind", splitting herself into four copies that all attack independently.
Forbidden Barrage "Clock that Ticks Away the Past", summoning waves of giant spinning laser crosses, weaving between them with big fat piles of magical laser bullets.
Secret Barrage "And Then Will There Be None?", hiding herself from sight and blanketing the area in magical barrages from all directions.
All of that is child's play, though, next to her true power, which lets her Break Things. Any physical object, she can percieve the "eye" of the object - the focus of its identity as a thing - and draw it into her right hand before crushing it. This causes the object to fall to pieces. It's... not exactly clear what the limits of this power are, because the only thing she's seen using it on in canon is an incoming meteorite, but it's probably somewhere between "coffee table" and "city block".
Other:
Flandre's powers make her potentially very dangerous, but it is my firm intent not to go overboard and kill anyone. A bit of property damage is the most to expect, and I promise to ask before breaking anything important.

Questions:
Being a vampire, Flandre subsists on blood. Canon's not clear on whether or not it has to be human blood, but either way, will there be any way for her to stay, er, hydrated without attacking people?
If not, I'll roll with it. Somehow.
